Obscure is a motivational speaking entity designed to reach people who struggle, are entangled, or face despair due to unforeseeable circumstances that cause pain in one's life. CEO / Founder, Chris Simning, travels nationally as well as internationally using his life story to speak to adults and youth alike to enable an enrichment of faith in Jesus Christ despite the tragedies that the human heart is sometimes made to suffer. Chris Simning was diagnosed with a rare muscle and nerve disease in the eigth grade; changing his appearance, speech, and affecting the way he walks. Due to his own emotional pain, Chris' passion has propelled him to reach those who also suffer with grief, loss, despair, physical, and/or emotional challenges due to the uncomfortable conditions that individual pain evokes. Chris' style of speaking is validating, humourous, while seeking to build character, resilency, and integrity amid the trials one must embrace.
